Refund Policy

OneMind Solutions Private Limited is committed to client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for our services. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

The initial advance payment (typically 50% of the project value) is non-refundable once work has commenced. This covers the cost of resource allocation, initial planning, and design work undertaken.

For milestone-based projects: if OneMind Solutions fails to deliver a milestone within the agreed timeline and the project is cancelled, a pro-rated refund for unstarted milestones will be issued within 15 business days.

Monthly retainer or maintenance service fees are non-refundable for the current billing month. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle, provided 7 days' written notice is given.

Ad spend transferred to advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is non-refundable. Agency fees are billed monthly and non-refundable for the current month. Cancellation requires 15 days' written notice.

If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us at contact@onemindsolution.in within 7 days of delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns through revisions or other remedies before a refund is considered.
